MARMOLINA: 3 layers of yellow sponge cake, soaked with sugar syrup and filled with our own pastry cream, diced strawberry and peaches. The top is decorated with white chocolate ganache and dark chocolate.

 

 

 

ALMONDS CREAM: 3 layers of yellow sponge cake, soaked with sugar syrup and filled with a delicious almond heavy cream and white chocolate ganache. The top is decorated with white chocolate ganache and caramel.

 

 

 

CARAMEL WITH ALMONDS: 3 layers of yellow sponge cake, soaked with coffee syrup and filled with a delicious almond buttercream and chocolate ganache. The top is decorated with caramel and almonds.

 

 

 

SELVA NEGRA: 3 layers of chocolate sponge cake, soaked with sugar syrup.  2 of the layers are filled with a delicious chocolate mousse and 1 layer is filled with heavy cream and cherries. The top is decorated with chocolate and confectioned sugar.

 

 

 

OPERA: 3 layers of  yellow sponge cake, soaked with coffee syrup and filled with a delicious coffee flavored buttercream and chocolate ganache. top is decorated with chocolate ganache.
