We are a family own local bakery specialized in cakes, cookies, and desserts. We have created a unique style, combining European techniques with  Latin and North American flavors. Our products are made fresh and with high-quality ingredients.

Our Pastry Chef Lino Russo graduated from Le Mounsieur De la Cuisine food institute in 2001 and has been dedicated to the creation, design, elaboration and innovation of a great variety of desserts, cakes, and cookies.

We opened our first bakery in Venezuela in 2006, obtaining great success and recognition. In 2015, we decided to begin a new adventure by establishing our company in the beautiful city of Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
